Oncologists Consider Genomic Treatments

June 6, 2011 | Over the weekend at the American Society of Clinical Oncology meeting, researchers discussed using genomics to match drugs to the biological drivers of tumors in patients. One Memorial Sloan Kettering study found that in skin cancer patients, 48% with BRAF mutations responded to targeted treatment, compared to a 5% general treatment rate. Wall Street Journal
