September 22, 2010 | Researchers in China announced that they have received grants of roughly $30 million per year--soon to double--for the Chinese Human Proteome Project. The project is now covering the liver proteome as part of the Human Proteome Organization's Human Liver Proteome Project, but intends to expand to cover proteins in the blood, brain, lungs, skin, and other organs. Nature.
