December 17, 2010 | Rutgers University bioinformatician Yana Bromberg's SNAP program was among the top performers at the inaugural Critical Assessment of Genome Interpretation (CAGI) competition, convened last week by University of California Berkeley's Steven Brenner. The "Pre-Pro-CAGI," which was recently previewed in Bio-IT World, attracted more than 100 entries, wtih scientists traveling to Berkeley to learn the results. Nature.com
