May 16, 2011 | The newest sequencing company, Noblegen, is developing a "simplified version" of nanopore sequencing, says the company. The company says its goal is to sequence 50 bases/second on an array that could eventually sequence 30 genomes in 15 minutes--a genome every 30 seconds. Technology Review.
