U-T San Diego | Merck has pledged $90 million to the California Institute for Biomedical Research, a private, nonprofit center to be led by Peter Schultz and located in La Jolla.
March 16, 2012 | Merck has pledged $90 million to the California Institute for Biomedical Research, a private, nonprofit center to be led by Peter Schultz and located in La Jolla. Schultz, formerly of The Scripps Research Institute, plans to hire 150 scientists and staff members to focus on transforming discoveries into drugs and treatments. U-T San Diego
